This 4,000 sq. ft. luxury villa was built in 2017. It features three bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to the outside terrace and feature the aforementioned ocean view. Each of the bathrooms includes a hardwood vanity, crystal white sink, and a spacious, tiled shower. The fourth bedroom features two sets of queen-size bunk beds with two sets of stairs for accessibility. This luxury villa features a variety of modern details and natural wood furniture. The open-floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living rooms feature vaulted hardwood ceilings. The gourmet kitchen includes hardwood cabinets and a spacious wooden pantry for all your groceries. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a granite island with bar stool seating for six. The dining room includes a custom-made Guanacaste hardwood table (that seats up to 10 persons) with leather cream chairs. A black triple-light island chandelier completes the room’s luxurious ambience. In the living room, you will find a sectional sofa, a flat screen TV, and a BOSE stereo system highlighted by tropical touches, such as local plants and Balinese statues. The large outside terrace offers room to move freely and relax completely. It features a collection of outdoor furniture, including a sofa and swing, ideal spots to savor the majestic views.
